Information entered in the tools
The box builder and wiring guide run in your browser. The current website code does not transmit your dimensions, equipment selections, wiring choices, or generated results to BASSHEAD NEMO LLC. The box builder can save a design in browser storage when you select Save design; it can also download a design to your device. These saved designs are not uploaded to us. Your browser may temporarily retain form values under its own settings.
Website delivery and cookies
The current website code does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or tracking cookies. Hosting, security, and access providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and connection timestamps to deliver and protect the website. They may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for security or sign-in.
When this website is published on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare processes hosting and security information under its own privacy policy.
Email and social-media links
The box-request and consultation forms send your contact details and project information through Cloudflare to [email protected]. Your email address is included so we can reply. Cloudflare processes submissions and its security check under its own policies; its documentation states submissions are retained for 30 days. Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, or sensitive identity documents. We use your request to discuss scope, scheduling, and service. Checkout saves your contact and project details with an order in our Cloudflare database. PayPal processes payment details; we store the order and payment references, service and amount, and payment status. Cloudflare delivers the paid-order email to our business inbox with your email as the reply address. Your browser keeps a temporary checkout identifier in session storage to recover payment status; it does not store your project details there. Checkout remains unavailable until the payment and email services are configured. If you email us directly, your email provider also processes the message.
TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube links take you to third-party websites. Their privacy policies and terms apply there. Social videos are not embedded on this website.
Sharing, retention, and your choices
We do not sell personal information received through website-related inquiries or use it for targeted advertising. Inquiry information may be shared with service providers needed to handle your request or when required by law. We retain it only as reasonably needed to respond, maintain necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. Email, social-media, and hosting providers control their own retention.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about your inquiry, subject to applicable law and any required retention. Requests concerning information held by an email, hosting, or social platform should be sent to that provider.
Children and policy changes
This website is intended for a general car-audio audience and is not directed to children under 13.
